Facilitating reflection and conversation upon the meaning of Vocation.

I was so privileged to share in a morning of formation with leaders across SSM Health at the Mercy Center in St. Louis, MO. We explored the meaning of Vocation; the interrelated between Vocation, Career and Job; and the necessary interior and exterior elements of a “spiritual ecosystem” conducive to flourishing in Vocation.
